Our sophisticated equipment allows for targeted and consistent positioning, an important process that minimizes rejection during encoding and guarantees proper functioning at the point of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stripe characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stripe width: 5\/16\u201d (8.4mm) and 1\/2\u201d (12.7mm)<br>Encoding on 2 tracks (or up to 3 tracks for a width of 1\/2\u201d)<br>Coercivity level:&nbsp;<strong>HiCo (2750oe) LoCo (300oe)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS:<\/strong><br>To create a graphic layout that meets the technical specifications required for production, please follow these guidelines to optimize the process and the manufacturing time of plastic cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Final card format:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CR 80, 3.375\u2033 X 2.125\u2033 ( 86 mm X 54 mm )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Printing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4\/4 (color on front \/ color on back)<\/li><li>4\/1 (color on front \/ black on back)<\/li><li>4\/0 (color on front only)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bleed:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allow for an additional 1\/8\u2033 (3.2 mm) of bleed around the card in the final format in order to prevent white from showing once cut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Text:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allow for a safety margin equal to 1\/8\u2033 (3.2 mm) inside the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Types of files accepted:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AI Illustrator CS6 (curvy fonts &amp; embedded images)<\/li><li>InDesign CS6 (fonts &amp; images in a compressed file)<\/li><li>High resolution PDF<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Back:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See images above to check the AREA OF APPLICATION OF THE MAGNETIC STRIPES ON THE BACK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quality of the black :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is best to use a very rich black (C: 65% \u2013 M: 65% \u2013 Y: 65% \u2013 K:100%), to optimize the opacity of the black.
